Who is The Print Emporium?

See our 'About Us' page HERE for a little more about who we are, but in a nutshell we are an Australian based contemporary art brand launched in 2017 and now shipping to the USA /Canada from the USA!

Our aim is to deliver an ever-growing range of on trend, unique designer artwork. We have participated in leading industry trade exhibitions and events regularly work with decorators, designers, hotels, and retail shops, and also direct to the consumer via our website here.

Where do you produce your artwork?

The Print Emporium's artwork range is all proudly designed in-house in our home country of Australia, and when ordered on this website your print is custom printed and framed to-order in the USA!

We also have an Australian website, see HERE for our customers based in Australia.

We offer stretched ready-to-hang canvases, along with unframed or framed art prints. All our premium range (hand painted aesthetic) art prints are reprints from our original paintings, and we now sell high quality reprints as either a canvas or art print (framed options available). If you look up close you will see the brush strokes from our artists' brush.

We also have a photographic print collection with a mix of both exclusive prints we shoot ourselves in locations such as the Amalfi Coast in Italy, or Australia, plus offer a selection of curated photography prints.

We offer shipping via UPS within the United states, and UPS Standard to Canada for orders delivering to Canada.

How long does it takes to ship? As we custom print and frame to order, please allow 3-5 working days after receipt of your order to ship out. You will be notified by email once it ships and you will receive a tracking number. Please note in busier holiday periods (November and December) production and delivery may take longer, please expect this.

ABOUT OUR STRETCHED CANVAS ART PRINTS:

Stretched Canvas: a ready-to-hang canvas print which is stretched (canvas fabric) on a hardwood frame. There is also an option to add a box frame (Available in White and Black in Classic or Contemporary style) for a more premium gallery look. The finished dimensions for our canvas prints when they have this box floating around them, will be an additional 1.5 inches approximately to the listed size dimensions (height and width) due to this additional frame.

ABOUT OUR FINE ART PRINTS (ON PAPER):

Our art prints on paper are available either as an unframed print, or as a framed ready-to-hang print which we manufacture for you to order, in our warehouse in USA.

All our art print is printed on acid-free matte finish 175gsm white paper using 12-ink set of colors
Options of unframed art print (print only) or Framed Art Print with no mat or single mat options, white or black Traditional or Contemporary frame look.
White 100% wood fiber core mat when select 'With Mat' option
Arrives with hanging hardware for easy mounting
Our unframed art prints (which arrived rolled) have a white self border included in the overall dimensions size, ranging from 0.75" to 2" for larger sizes. This border is included in the artwork
Designed in Australia, and made in the USA.

If WITH MAT is selected, there is a single white mat board in the frame. If NO MAT is selected, then the print inside the frame runs edge-to-edge all the way to the frame edge, for a more modern look. All unframed art prints (which ship rolled) will arrive with a self-white border look, which means a white border included in the artwork as per the image shown above, ranging from 0.75" to 2" inches for larger print sizes.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment through Paypal, American Express, Visa or Mastercard Credit Card. All options will be shown to you at checkout. We use Stripe powered by Shopify payments for our secure credit card payments

Do I receive a tracking number # once I place an order?

You sure do! We will advise your tracking number and carrier info once your order is dispatched. And should you wish to track your order you simply go to the Order Status section under your account. Or email support@theprintemporium.com and we can happily help you out with any q's you may have.

Once I have placed my order, can i change it or edit the shipping details

Once an order is placed, it is usually sent to our warehouse right away, so generally once it is placed, we likely cannot change it as we may have started production! However feel free to email us to check if it is possible to do so. If you ever need to edit your shipping details just let us know as soon as possible so we can update your details if you have not already seen a shipping notification email.

What is your returns policy?

As all items are custom made to order, therefore once an order is placed, it is not possible to be refunded for change of mind.

We will replace or return your item, however, if goods are delivered faulty, or not as clearly described on the website, or are different from a sample shown to you.

In the occasion you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of the delivery of the goods to support@theprintemporium.com with a description and photos of the damage or issue, so we can discuss with you.

All returns (due to damage or incorrect item that arrived to you) that we have authorized as a return, we will send you a prepaid returns label to send the item back to us, which must be received in original condition and packaging.

Please note, if your return does not meet our Returns Policy it shall be returned to you & you will be liable for the return postage cost. This also is the case for any goods returned to us without pre-authorization and return approval.

Please note: E-Gift cards do not have an expiry date, and are non-refundable once purchased.
